1. Information We Collect - Account: social sign-in identifier (the unique ID of your Google or Apple account), sign-up time, app language, nickname, home region, referral code - Device: push token and device platform (if notifications are enabled), app language, timezone offset - Advertising: advertising identifier — collected on your device by the Google AdMob SDK and used for personalised ads and reward verification. Our servers do not receive this value. - Game: save data, dex, purchase records and ad-viewing records We do not collect location data. You choose your home region yourself when you sign up, you may correct it once within 24 hours of signing up, and after that it changes only through the in-game travel feature. We do not store your email address, name or profile photo. Tokens received from social sign-in are used only for verification, and only the unique ID is kept. 2. How We Use It To save and sync game progress, provide region-specific content, send push notifications, prevent abuse, verify ad rewards, and verify and process payments. 3. Retention Data is kept while you use your account and deleted when you delete it, with three exceptions: - De-identified one-way hashes kept to prevent abuse (referral identity, used payment receipts) — these cannot identify you. Because of these records, after deleting your account you cannot restore or repurchase paid items with the same receipt. - Operational logs — up to 90 days - Transaction records that applicable law requires us to keep — for the period that law specifies 4. Processors and International Transfers - Google LLC — Google sign-in verification, Google Play in-app purchase verification, Android push delivery (FCM) — transferred to: the United States and other locations of that provider's servers - Google LLC (AdMob) — serving rewarded ads and verifying rewards — transferred to: the United States and elsewhere - Apple Inc. — Apple sign-in verification, in-app purchase verification, iOS push delivery (APNs) — transferred to: the United States and elsewhere - Amazon Web Services — server hosting — Republic of Korea Only the items in section 1 that each task requires are transferred, over the network as you use the Service. Retention follows each processor's policy and section 3 above. Data is not provided to third parties beyond providing the Service. 5. Your Rights - Deleting your account from the app settings deletes all of your data (web: https://birdyard.games/account-deletion). - You can change your marketing-notification consent at any time in the app settings. - You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal data by contacting us below. - If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you additionally have the right to restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing, and you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Processing is based on performance of the contract to provide the Service; push notifications and personalised advertising are based on your consent. 6. Children The Service is not available to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone in that age group. If we learn that we have, we delete it without delay. 7.
