How to delete your Birdyard account In the app: Settings → scroll to the very bottom → tap "Delete account" → confirm twice. Deletion runs immediately and cannot be undone. What is deleted Everything tied to your account — your dex, coins and feathers, facilities, nickname, referral progress, push registrations and consent records. What is kept One-way hashes of the sign-in identifier and of any used purchase receipts. They cannot identify you; they exist only to prevent referral and receipt rewards from being claimed again after re-signup. If you cannot access the app Email teamhealersgo@gmail.com and we will delete the account for you. Please write from a mailbox that can receive replies, so we can confirm the account is yours before deleting.
